Setting up online payments on MangoBeds is quick and easy. Follow these steps to start accepting online bookings right away!
Step 1: Access Property Settings
First, log in to your account. Navigate to the dashboard and select ‘Settings’ from the menu. This area allows you to manage all the details related to your property.
Step 2: Set Up Online Payments
Within the ‘Settings’, you’ll find the ‘Online Payments’ section. Click on the ‘Set Up Online Payments’ button to get started. This will redirect you to a new webpage where you can configure your payment settings.
Step 3: Enter Your Details
On the payment setup page, you will need to enter your company or personal information. Make sure you have your bank account details handy, as you’ll need to provide this information to receive payments directly into your account.
Step 4: Configure Additional Settings
Once your payment information is set up, you can also modify your booking configurations in the Booking forms:
- Cancellation Policies: Set up rules for how cancellations are handled to ensure clarity and fairness for both you and your guests.
- Booking Deposit: Choose whether to require a deposit at the time of booking and determine the amount. This can secure bookings and reduce no-shows.
- Pay at the Property: Decide if you want to allow guests to pay at the property if they prefer not to pay online.
