How to Invite New Members to Mangobeds

Working with more people in your organization is a great way to collaborate, split tasks, and maintain clear responsibilities. Mangobeds makes it easy to invite new team members and assign roles so everyone knows their part.


1. Navigate to Your Organization

  1. Log in to your Mangobeds account.
  2. Open the sidebar: Click the main menu (typically on the top left) to reveal the sidebar.
  3. Select your Organization: If you’re part of multiple organizations, make sure you choose the correct one where you want to add new members.

2. Go to Members

Once you’ve selected the organization:

  1. Click on “Members” in the sidebar.
  2. Here, you’ll see a list of all existing members and their current roles.

3. Invite a New Member

  1. Add Email: Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
  2. Press “Invite”: This will send an invitation link to that email address.
  3. Assign a Role: You can set whether they’ll be an owner or staff depending on your internal structure.

4. Update or Change Roles

If you need to modify someone’s permissions later:

  1. Click on their name in the Members list.
  2. Select a new role from the dropdown to update their access level.

To keep in mind

Only Owners are able to delete members and change other member roles.
