Can each retreat have its own pricing per room type?
Yes. Every retreat carries its own price for every included accommodation, so the same room can be priced one way for normal stays and a different way for retreat weeks, simultaneously, without any conflict.
Can I run the same retreat multiple times throughout the year?
Yes. Use the clone feature to duplicate a retreat with new dates in one click. Each occurrence has its own bookings, sold-out flag, and public page, while sharing the underlying booking flow and guest experience.
Can I share a public link to each retreat?
Yes. Every retreat gets a dedicated public page with its hero image, description, dates, included accommodations and prices, plus an embedded booking widget. Share the link directly, embed it on your site, or feature it in your newsletter.
Does this work alongside my regular bookings?
Absolutely. Retreats and direct bookings live side by side on the same inventory. Retreat bookings consume the same units as regular bookings, so availability stays consistent everywhere.
