More Channels, Cleaner Data, and Less Admin Work

This is a big release. We added new channels, improved the tools you use every day, and made a number of things that used to require extra steps much simpler. From webhook logs and document signing to better insights and a redesigned iCal app, this update covers a lot of ground — all of it focused on making your operation easier to manage.


VRBO, Check24, and Hopper Homes now in the Channel Manager

You can now connect to VRBO, Check24, and Hopper Homes directly through the Mangobeds channel manager. That means more distribution, more booking sources, and less manual work syncing availability across platforms.

Webhook logs

Every time a webhook triggers, you can now see exactly what happened — the payload that was sent and the response from your endpoint URL. This makes it much easier to debug integrations, confirm that events are firing correctly, and catch issues before they become problems.

Document templates and signing in the guest portal

Guests can now sign documents directly from the guest portal app. Combined with document templates, this means you can handle contracts, house rules, and agreements without chasing signatures over email. We also improved the overall design of the guest portal app to make the experience cleaner for guests.

Save card details on the booking form

Guests can now save their card details during the booking process. It makes payment collection faster and reduces back and forth when charging deposits or balances later.

SAFT XML export for Portuguese invoices

If you operate in Portugal, you can now export invoices in SAFT XML format, which is required for local tax compliance. This removes a manual step that was adding friction for Portuguese operators.

Insights now includes booking source data

The insights app now shows data broken down by booking source, including channel-level information. It is easier to see where your bookings are actually coming from and make decisions based on that.

Nomad Stays integration

Mangobeds now connects with Nomad Stays, a platform built for digital nomads and remote workers. A good fit for colivings looking to reach that audience directly.

iCal app redesign

The iCal connection app has a new design that makes it easier to set up and manage external channel connections. If you use iCal to sync with OTAs or other platforms, the experience is now cleaner and more straightforward.

Edit weekend and weekday prices in seasonal rates

You can now edit weekend prices and weekday prices directly inside seasonal rates, without needing to go through a separate flow. It gives you more control over pricing without extra steps.

Property groups

You can now group your properties for a better overview, which is useful when managing multiple locations or different types of accommodation under one account.

Other fixes and improvements

Channels and sync: Availability sync with OTAs in the channel manager has been improved so updates go out more reliably. The Coliving.com integration onboarding and mapping process has also been improved. Hostkit links integration has been updated in two rounds with better handling of links inside communications.

Booking form: The application of seasonal restrictions on the booking form is now more accurate. The minimum stay requirements message is clearer so guests understand booking conditions before completing a booking. Rate information shown on booked units is more detailed and easier to follow when adjusting prices.

Payments and invoices: The payments display has been improved so balances and transaction details are easier to read at a glance.

Guest updates: Guests can now update their bookings more reliably through the guest portal. The booking update preview at the bottom of the screen has also been improved to show clearer information before confirming changes.

Onboarding: We made improvements to the onboarding experience to help new properties get set up faster and start receiving bookings sooner. The check-in flow has also been updated.

Email notifications: Admin email notifications have a cleaner design that is easier to read and act on.
