A common challenge arises when the desired room is not available for the entire duration of the stay. This often leads to guests contacting the property, initiating a prolonged back-and-forth conversation to piece together a stay that involves changing rooms. This process can be time-consuming and may deter potential guests from completing their bookings.

At Mangobeds, we recognize this habitual issue in colivings and have developed a solution to simplify the process. By allowing guests to book room changes themselves during the reservation, we help colivings fill the gaps, reduce the time spent on guest communications by up to 40% and increase booking numbers by 30%.

We have improved how you manually create bookings on Mangobeds by adding the option to apply discounts and rates directly from the creation form, saving you time on extra calculations.
