More Places to Get Paid, a Smarter Booking Form, and Deeper Automation

3 min read
New payment integrations, no-code automation and booking updates in Mangobeds

This update is about reaching more guests, getting paid however they prefer, and taking more manual steps out of your day. We added seven new payment integrations, no-code automation with 5,000+ tools, embeddable retreats, and a smarter booking form, then cleaned up a long list of details across the calendar, guest portal, invoicing, coupons, and the API.

Seven more ways to get paid

Charge guests with the methods they already trust, wherever you host: Toss (South Korea), Razorpay (India), Mercado Pago (Latin America), PagBank (Brazil), Airwallex and 2Checkout (global), and Eximbay (Korea and cross-border). Each connects right inside Mangobeds with clean reconciliation in one place.

Connect Mangobeds to 5,000+ tools, no code

Push every new, updated, or cancelled booking into Mailchimp, Google Sheets, a CRM, Slack, or anywhere else you work, through Zapier, Make and n8n. Webhook delivery is more reliable too, so your automations fire dependably.

Embed your retreats on your own website

Publish your retreats and let guests browse and book them directly on your site, no redirect, no separate page to maintain.

A smarter booking form

Three additions that give guests and long stays more flexibility:

  • Book by the month: a new monthly selection mode shows a month picker instead of dates. Guests pick check-in and check-out months and the stay spans the first to the last day (minimum and maximum night limits still apply).
  • Pick a currency: guests can choose their currency right in the booking form.
  • Cap the upfront payment: set a maximum on the upfront amount, so a long stay never asks for an unreasonably large deposit.

Other fixes and improvements

Calendar: Smoother calendar sharing, better unit blocking, and the calendar now remembers the dates you were working on when you navigate away and come back.

Booking forms: The check-in selector now reflects real availability, multi-guest bookings work more smoothly, and you can hide a coupon field on a given form.

Guest portal: Guests can now update their own booking from the portal.

Coupons: Apply a coupon to rooms, extras, or both, with more flexible logic.

Invoicing: Set a custom VAT rate per invoice item.

Guests app: Cleaner data display and export, the ability to delete custom guest fields, and the guest’s address is now available as a variable in documents and communications.

Communications: More channel options when sending, and automatic communications can now go out through Coliving.com.

Extras: Clearer descriptions for the extra quantity types.

Insights: Improved data export.

For developers: A new property-availability endpoint, a refreshed API documentation design, and easier access to your payment provider IDs.

Everywhere: A refreshed property-apps header, a smoother WhatsApp app deletion flow, and more reliable delivery behind the scenes.

Conclusion

The thread through this release: reach more guests, get paid however they want to pay, and let more of the busywork run itself. Less time managing the system, more time running your space. Keep the feedback coming.
