This update is about getting paid and staying in touch. Guests can now pay you by bank transfer, every guest who books can land on your newsletter list, and every document of your property sits in one place. Your AI assistant also learned a lot: it can see your guests, send your messages and read our guides before it answers. Then a long list of improvements across booking forms, emails, housekeeping, invoicing and the API.
Bank transfer payments through Stripe
Your Stripe payment account now lets you tick which payment methods you accept, and bank transfer is one of them. Send a payment link and the guest sees an IBAN to transfer to instead of a card form. Once the money lands, the payment marks itself as paid, so there is nothing to reconcile by hand. Bank transfer is offered on payment links only, so booking form payments keep using your other methods.

Your newsletter grows with every booking
The new Email Marketing app connects your property to Mailchimp, MailerLite, Brevo or beehiiv. Pick yours, paste your key, choose your list, and every guest who books is added to it automatically. You can see the list inside Mangobeds too: who is subscribed, who has not confirmed yet and whose address bounced. “Sync guests now” brings across the guests you already had.

Every document of your property in one list
The Documents app now opens on a list of all the documents of your bookings, newest first, with the booking and the guest one click away. View a document, request a signature, cancel a request or delete it right from that list, and “Add document” lets you pick the booking and then upload a file or generate one from a template. Templates have their own tab, and each one now shows a small preview of the document itself, with sample details filled in, so a rental agreement and a house rules sheet no longer look the same.

An AI assistant that knows your guests and how Mangobeds works
Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Mangobeds and it can now list and search your guests, fix a detail like a misspelled email, add a guest to a booking and send any of your set up messages. It also reads our help guides next to your own data, so “why are my seasonal rates not showing?” gets an answer that checks how your property is set up against how it should be. Connecting it is a copy and paste job: pick Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code or ChatGPT and copy the exact configuration, with your details already filled in.

Smart lock codes that follow your real check-in times
Door codes now open a little before check-in and stay valid a little after check-out, based on your property’s own times, instead of running midnight to midnight. Move a booking to another room and the code moves with it. Inlet and YACAN can now be connected by everyone, and every lock provider has its own setup guide.

Extras guests actually notice
On booking forms that offer rooms and extras, guests now pick their room and then see a screen of their own for extras before entering their details. You choose the order extras appear in, everywhere. And extras where guests choose how many now have a simple minus and plus stepper with no hidden limit.

See two months of bookings at a glance
The bookings calendar has a new “2 Months” view next to Today and Month, made for properties with longer, monthly stays. The arrows move one month at a time, so a stay that crosses the month boundary always stays in view.
A help center you can actually find things in
The docs now open with what you are trying to get done, sit under topics you can browse from a sidebar, and search is one keystroke away with ⌘K. Every OTA, smart lock, website builder and automation tool has its own guide, and a new integrations page lists everything Mangobeds connects to, each with a link to its setup guide. Not sure which guide you need? Ask ChatGPT or Claude straight from the docs.

Other fixes and improvements
Booking forms: Birth date is now optional (switch it back on per form if you need it), sold-out check-in dates can be greyed out before guests even search, your next season opens on the day you set it, the card note only shows when a card is really asked for, split-stay options have one clear button, and forms keep working in every browser and inside locked-down website embeds.
Photos and rooms: The cover photo you choose now shows everywhere a room appears, room galleries start on that cover, and monthly extras show a plain “per month” label in every language.
Emails: New booking emails read in one glance, every Mangobeds email arrives as the same clean card with the right currency symbol, and booking dates are written out in full so nobody wonders whether the day or the month comes first.
Payments: Type one amount and choose a fixed sum or a percentage of what is still owed when adding a payment, and properties in Portugal can now take payments with PayPal.
Housekeeping: Add a cleaning to any day straight from the calendar, open a task in a calmer view with tabs for skipped and extra days, and switch between the unit board and the schedule with the same tabs used everywhere else.
Invoicing: Guest tax details flow straight onto your Hostkit invoices, Spanish properties without Verifactu can save their tax ID without a hitch, and invoice history no longer shows a confusing line on new invoices.
Pricing: Seasonal rates follow along when you change a room’s guest capacity, and coupons in the admin check the dates you actually picked.
Several locations, one page: Bigger properties can now share one combined booking page, and those pages open the selected property’s form straight away.
API: Your guest list and your guest messages are now in the API, the API reference lives inside Mangobeds where you can test any endpoint for real, paging returns every record, and a missing booking comes back as a clear “not found”.
Everywhere else: Notices and status labels look the same across the app, every table row has the same tidy actions menu, the Dashboard button always lands you in your account, embedding a single retreat takes a one-line snippet, and Toss payment updates are steadier.
