This update takes work off your plate. A housekeeping schedule that builds itself from your bookings, nightly rates that update on their own, card payments for properties in Spain, and a way to ask Claude or ChatGPT about your live bookings in plain language. Then a long list of improvements across pricing, monthly stays, booking forms, channels, invoicing and the calendar.
Cleanings now repeat the way your property actually works. Pick the new only on check-in / check-out option and a turnover clean lands on the day each guest arrives or leaves, and on no other day. Or set fixed weekdays, like every Monday and Thursday, for floor-by-floor routines that should not move just because guests do. Combine either with “only while there is a booking” and you clean the occupied rooms only, with nothing showing on empty days.
Your team can close the loop from the calendar. Open any cleaning and mark it as completed, and it shows a check so everyone can see what is already done. It works from the shared calendar link too, so cleaning staff can tick rooms off as they go without needing an account, and completing a cleaning sets that room to Clean on the unit board.
And to protect the time itself, you can now set a cleaning gap of one or more nights after each checkout, so Booking.com, Airbnb and your other channels will not sell a back-to-back stay before the room is ready.

Built-in AI reviews your calendar every day and adjusts your nightly rates based on occupancy, weekends and the gaps between bookings. Every change comes with a plain-language explanation, so you can see why a night moved before you rely on it.

Redsys is the gateway behind virtually every Spanish bank, including BBVA, Santander, CaixaBank and Sabadell. There is no new contract and no separate signup: reuse the card terminal your bank already gave you by pasting three values from your Redsys portal. Guests pay on Redsys’s secure hosted page, and every payment is reconciled back to the booking automatically.

The Communications tab on a booking now lists the automated emails still coming up, like your pre-arrival and post-checkout reminders, with the date each one will send. If a particular guest should not get one, say a review request or a balance reminder that does not apply, mark it not to send in a single click, and allow it again later if you change your mind.

Spaces priced per day can now be booked for a single day, with the same check-in and check-out date, so day passes, day tours and day-use cottages work properly. The booking form shows a simple “1 day / multiple days” choice, prices display per day, and guests can still book several consecutive days when they want to.
Sync availability, rates and bookings between Mangobeds and Coworksurf automatically. Bookings made on Coworksurf appear in Mangobeds in real time, and any change or cancellation updates on its own, so your surf-focused space stays in sync without manual work.

A new list shows every unit you have blocked, so you can review and clear them at a glance instead of hunting across the calendar.

Pricing: Set a booking’s total price and get exactly that total, move guests to another room without losing their price, a clearer confirmation when you update a price, per-guest prices that flow through dynamic pricing everywhere, accurate pricing when guests search for more than one person, and easier-to-read pricing calendars for high-denomination currencies.
Monthly stays: Short stays on monthly rooms now price exactly what you type, you can choose how a single booking is charged, invoices bill months instead of days, and rent tracking finally makes sense for long stays.
Booking forms: Make the estimated arrival time a required field so you always know when to expect people, required questions can no longer be skipped, collect just the booker’s details instead of a form per guest, accept more than one request on the same form, lock a day-use form to a single date, and stay restrictions now apply more reliably. Two forms on the same page both size correctly, and searching for larger groups works properly.
Channels and OTAs: Channel bookings land more reliably with your availability following right behind, rates and availability sync more dependably, guest details on OTA bookings edit without trouble, channel figures match both the dates you picked and your OTA dashboards, and moving a booking to another room keeps whole-room availability honest.
Invoicing: Card charges bill the exact booking total to the cent, invoices are tidier and fit on one page, the VAT reference is clearer, the invoicing app itself is easier to read and navigate, and Hostkit invoices come out cleaner on existing bookings with working check-in links and no duplicate reservations.
Documents and contracts: A new price variable drops each booked room’s cost straight into a template, showing the per-month rent for monthly stays, which is what tenancy contracts need. Links in contracts are now clickable, links in messages keep their address, contracts come out exactly as you wrote them, and the sample links in the template editor are correct.
Guest communications: Emails that do not go out the first time now keep trying, and you can resend any one of them in a click. Pre-arrival emails reach last-minute bookings too, and there is clearer guidance on where booking notifications land.
Insights and reports: Numbers that match across every view, charts that sit properly in the interface and read straight with no phantom drop at the end, occupancy that reflects your real capacity, and tidier tables in Reports and Coworking.
Calendar and lists: A cleaner, easier-to-read bookings calendar, tidier New / Check-in / Check-out lists, clearer housekeeping task cards you can edit in one click, monthly calendar views for colivings that also rent coworking, and smoother action menus across every table.
Guests: Guest details read at a glance, returning guests’ details always stay up to date, booking dates show in each guest’s own format, and you can see the full quantity when adding an extra.
Payments and your team: Remove a manual payment outright rather than only cancelling it, restrict who is allowed to edit your payment accounts, invite teammates by name so they appear properly in your members list right away, and switch between monthly and yearly billing in one click.
Everywhere else: The AI assistant now answers on every property, including those on a trial, your group’s Insights and Booking Portal have a clearer home, Promotions is easier to navigate, and booking extension data is available through the API.
The thread through this release is work you no longer have to do yourself. The housekeeping schedule fills in from your bookings, the rates move with demand, the emails you do not want simply do not go out, and Spanish properties can charge cards on the terminal they already have.
